What are the measurements for your sizes?

Hoodies

Our hoodies typically run a little small, so if you're on the fence between sizes, we'd recommend ordering one up. 

To ensure a good fit, grab a hoodie that fits you well and measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the waistband (A: Length) and between the widest parts of the chest (B: Width), then compare to our sizing chart below (measurements in CM):

T-Shirts

To check our sizing, grab a T-Shirt that fits you well and check the measurements against the below diagram and chart (all measurements in CM):

Length (A) - from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt

Width (B) - from the seam under the sleeve to the seam under the opposite sleeve

Sleeve Length (C) - from the top seam of the sleeve to the hem

Cap

One size with rear adjuster, fits heads 52cm to 60cm in circumference.

What's your returns policy?

All our products are custom made to order by our supplier, meaning the BTA doesn't have to harm the environment or take financial risk on buying stock that we may not sell. 

This means that we will accept returns for goods that are defective, damaged or misprinted - so long as you let us know within 20 days of receiving the item. A photo of the issue is particularly helpful.

We'll then let you know where to ship the return back to. Once it's received, we'll email you regarding next steps and how the refund or exchange will be processed.

However, for products that are not defective, (eg. the wrong size), an exchange is at our sole discretion. Feel free to contact us and we'll work out the best course of action.
